To place orders, you can either go over to the Grainger delivery website, message them on their Instagram and Facebook page. And this year they can be found at Newcastle’s city centre Christmas market!

If your unsure on what cheese you want, they can also point you in the right direction if you need to ask anything regarding size or flavour and they are great when it comes to recommendations.

They offer deliveries to Newcastle area, Gateshead, Durham, Whitley bay, Ponteland, Cramlington, Blyth, Stocksfield, Prudhoe and anything in between. Delivery charges do apply depending on the radius.

As Holidays are coming and Christmas is around the corner, things are looking very different to our previous years. 2020 has been a very depressing and dragged out year for many of us.

With the rules of Christmas being in place and still feeling no further forward out of lockdown. May we sprinkle our spirits at home with our loved ones, we have close by. With many binging on Christmas films, baking with a festive twist or even putting their Christmas trees up early, why not have a themed night.

And who does not love a cheese board over the Christmas season. Today, I reviewed this beautiful cheese board below from the lovely company Matthews Cheese , they are located at the Grainger market with over a range of 200 cheeses to choose from. (click the link to see what else the Grainger market has to offer).

I highly recommend their cheese for over the Christmas season, especially when swapping our glam outfits for pyjama nights, travelling for staying at home, those 3 course meals to wine and cheese in the comfort of your own home.

They are also great for presents for your food family and friend lovers. And this is how they come beautifully wrapped when ordered as a hamper.

I received a range of Christmas season cheeses as-well as their new truckle “Romany Bob”.

The red one is NEW also, their famous Windsor red was discontinued, therefore they have introduced a new cheese similar to this which is their Cheddar and Port cheese – I wasn’t too sure how to feel about this one, more due to the colour than anything else and unexpected nice. I really enjoyed this one.

They also popped my favourite back in their which is the pickled onion one. This has so much flavour to it and really delicious.

New – Romany Bob:

They have recently just launched their own cheese – Romany Bob, Which is a fabulous creamy vintage mature Cheddar, and trust them you will not find a better cheese about.

We really enjoyed this one, had a tasty flavour to it and great for that everyday cheese – we had ours with crackers but you could have it on a sandwich, grated on pasta, etc.

They have both truckles and ‘off the block’ in store for you all to get your hands on.
