Do you need a hand to buy the perfect presents, it’s the little things that count, I love attending Christmas markets to find unique and keepsake presents. Here is a few happening around the north east:

Spanish city’s annual Christmas Market, which received 8,000 visitors in 2019, features a variety of traditional stalls where you can buy unique, hand-crafted gifts for your loved ones and stock up on local delicacies.
There will be festive food stalls selling a variety of sweet and savoury treats, all handmade by our team of chefs.

Christmas is a magical time at Raby castle and one of their highlights of the festive season is their Christmas Market.
Come and browse their lovely stalls in the Coach Yard and discover lots of delicious treats, seasonal produce and beautiful homemade products from local suppliers. The perfect place to pick up a special gift. The Stables Shop will be open also and decked to the halls with boughs of holly – and unique Christmas treasures.
They will be serving takeaway food and drink to keep you energised whilst you shop. Why not warm up with a glass of our spiced mulled wine? The Stables Café will be open for refreshments and lunch also

The festive season return to The Bowes Museum this December with the ever popular Christmas Market.
A highlight of the regional calendar, there promises to be something on offer to please everyone at this annual, not to be missed event, with stalls selling a wide variety of wares both in the gardens and inside the Museum’s stunning galleries.
This is free to Annual Pass Holders, £5 Adults, £2.50 Over 5’s, Under 5’s Free.
